This page explains what we sell, how delivery works, when a refund is possible and how to contact us. Read it before ordering — ask first if anything is unclear.

What we sell

This is an independent store. It is not the official site of OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or X, and is not affiliated with those brands. We sell membership top-up codes and credit redemption codes, not the subscriptions themselves. Every product page states the account requirements, eligible region and redemption method — check them against your own account before choosing.

How delivery works

After payment succeeds, codes and the redemption entry appear on the order page, and a notification email is sent (the email itself carries no code plaintext). Issuing a code and the membership landing on your account are two separate steps: you redeem it yourself following the instructions, and the result is whatever your own account or a trusted lookup shows.

Refunds and after-sales

Each code works once — do not publish or resell it. A code that has already landed on an account or been used cannot be returned. Cases where nothing arrived or the code was never used are handled case by case against its actual redemption state, so this store makes no blanket unconditional refund promise. The workable after-sales route, handling time and refund conditions are published per product before each listing goes on sale.

Replies within 24 hours on working days (GMT+8). Never send passwords, one-time codes or full codes through any channel.
